3. Enrollment and Payment

3.1 Program Enrollment

Enrollment in our programs requires:

3.2 Payment Terms

• All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

6.1 Student Cancellations

• Individual Sessions: 24-hour notice required for cancellation or rescheduling
• Group Programs: 7-day notice required for withdrawal with partial refund
• Corporate Training: Cancellation terms as specified in contract

6.2 TraccidRag Cancellations

We may cancel or reschedule services due to:

• Instructor illness or emergency
• Insufficient enrollment
• Force majeure events
• Technical issues

In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements or full refunds.

6.3 No-Show Policy

Failure to attend scheduled sessions without notice may result in forfeiture of session fees.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality
